The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Open School invites you to join us for our 2nd Annual North Carolina IHI Open School Regional Forum, which will be held on the afternoon of Dec. 10 from 1-4pm at the Durham Marriott Convention Center.
The event is being organized jointly by the Duke, UNC-Chapel Hill, NC State, and Wake Forest university IHI Open School chapters and will be held in conjunction with the annual DukeMedicine Patient Safety & Quality Conference. If you’re at all interested in issues related to health care quality improvement, then come out to learn how you can become more involved at your school, meet leaders in the QI field, and hear from our keynote speakers about interdisciplinary training and leadership skills building.
We hope you’ll be able to join us! You can check out the full conference agenda here.
Also, Dr. Karen Frush, the Chief Patient Safety Officer for Duke University Health System, would like to invite interested students to attend the full-day DukeMedicine Patient Safety & Quality Conference. For conference details, please click the following link: http://dukepatientsafetycenter.com/patient_safety_event.asp.
To RSVP for either event, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, institutional affiliation, and e-mail address. Note that students don’t need to use the formal online registration tool to sign up for the Patient Safety & Quality Conference.
